		<description>Most of the things we worry about we have no control over. I don&#039;t want to sound to ethereal here but think for a moment if our minds would work in such a way that we are only concerned and thinking about the exact moment we are in presently. What I mean is that most of our worries are based on past events that we can&#039;t change and future events that we cannot control. 
Now, I am not talking about past things where we need to repair some damage done, for example, people we have hurt, etc or plans and goals we set for our future, but a lot of our stress and anxiety is a result of too much thoughts about our past and our future and on things we can&#039;t do anything about. If only we could be like God where time is of no relevance, He is outside of time, not limited by it and in control of it. If we have such as awesome God who has it all under His control, there is no need for worry and anxiety. Don&#039;t Let Your Heart Be Troubled, Neither Let It Be Afraid.

I would add that as you set your goals break down how you want to achieve them and the tasks it will take.  Then go for it.</description>
