Think about it, how often do you think that you look at a circumstance and you view it as a disadvantage? How often do we say things like:
- I guess I can’t do it because…..
- If I only had….
- I need more training….
- When I get to this point I can do it..
- If I had money….
Learn to take what could be a disadvantage and make it your advantage. This Sunday, we are not going to have a drummer and our main sound guy. You may think that it is a great disadvantage as I did at first. But, I realized that it really is an advatage, because it actually forced me to think outside of the Box.
It is so easy to just go with the flow, to do things just because we know how to or because we have the ability to do so. Think about it, what is something in your life or ministry that you might view as a disadvantage, but you should really view it as an advantage?
