Leaders live with the responsibility to constantly go further with God. It does not mean that you should be a spiritual giant but, you must be at least half a step ahead to lead. To be a leader mean hat you are called by God and that you are willing to follow Him. This is often a lonely walk because you must make a path for others to follow you as you are following Christ.
Paul said in 1 Corinthians 11:1 Follow my example as I follow the example of Christ”
