Think about this for a minute, “how many people in the Bible had limited resources”?
- David had a few rocks and a sling shot.
- Moses had a staff in his hand.
- Joseph was sold as a slave and faced setback after setback.
- The disciples were ordinary and unschooled men.
- Mary was young girl who was pregnant.
- Joshua was walking around Jericho the massively fortified city.
I believe that we often make the mistake of believing that others have something that we don’t. God is still the same God and He can still do for you what He did for them. Never look at something and say that it can’t be done. Perhaps you can’t do it on your own but, with God nothing is impossible.

This phrase has been on my mind this week “Populating Heaven and Plundering Hell“. Isn’t that what it’s all about? If so, what am I doing about that? What are we doing about that? The Bible tells us to “TELL THE WORLD” , the question is are we? I remember a question that was posed to me as a teenager and it has stayed with me ever since.
“If you were one of the original disciples would Christianity have died with you?” Here is the scary answer, at that point I would have had to say that Christianity would have died with me. Ever since that question was posed to me I decided that I was on a mission. What is that mission? Populate Heaven and Plunder Hell!

On Easter Sunday I will preach a message called “I Need A Bailout“. Think about it, that’s what Easter is really about. What Jesus did on the cross was really a “bailout” of all of us. He endured death so that you and I can have eternal life through what He did. That is POWERFUL!
